Baked Pumpkin Porridge

Kitchenware • oven-proof bowl • tablespoon • teaspoon • scale


Ingredients • 1/2 banana (1/2 banana for decoration) • 45 g oats • 100 g almond milk • 2 tablespoons pumpkin purée • 1 teaspoon flaxseeds • 1 teaspoon baking powder • 1 teaspoon cinnamon • Big pinch of vanilla • Pinch of salt • Optional: 1-2 teaspoons of a sweetener of your choice (I used rice syrup)

1. Mix everything in an oven-proof bowl.

2. Let sit for 10 minutes.

3. Bake for 25 minutes at 200 °C.

4. Decorate.
