Raspberry porridge

A warm and pink embrace for chilly mornings!
Kitchenware • cooking pot • bowl • teaspoon • scale
Ingredients • 100 g raspberries (frozen) • 50 g oats • 150 ml almond milk • 2 teaspoons nut butter (here: almond) • vanilla • 2 dried apricots • 4 almonds • 1 teaspoon cacao nibs • 1 pinch of bee pollen
1. Put the raspberries, oats, milk and nut butter into a cooking pot and heat it up at medium heat until bubbles appear. Take the pot off the stove.

2. Add a little bit of vanilla and stir.

3. Pour the porridge into a bowl and decorate it with apricots, almonds, cacao nibs and pollen or whatever you like as a topping.
