Paprika cups

Kitchenware
• knife • cutting board • tablespoon • cooking pot • wok pan with a lid • wooden spoon • grid with parchment paper

Ingredients
• 1 big paprika • 2 onions • 200 g mushroom • 80 g rice • 2 tablespoons oil (here: rapeseed oil) • 2 tablespoons soy sauce • pepper • 100 g shredded cheddar
1. In a cooking pot, cook rice according to the package instructions, then add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and put aside.
2. Cut the onions and mushrooms into little sticks and cook in a wok until the onion become transparent and the mushrooms soft.


3. Preheat the oven at 180 °C (rotating heat).
4. Cut the paprika in half in order to obtain 2 cups. Mix 1 tablespoon of oil with pepper and spread in all over the inside of the cups.


5. Pour the rice into the wok with the onions and mushrooms. Add another tablespoon of soy sauce and stir.

6. Fill the mushroom and onion mix into the paprika cups and bake them for 15 min. Then, add the cheese and bake for another 15 min.
